Orders: Only online orders will be accepted. Due to limited availability, orders are restricted to members of the Craft (English, Irish and Scottish Constitutions) and a maximum of 10 photobooks per member.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Zetland Hall membership account upon collection.  The amount will be shown in the ensuing month's statement.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 7 days from the day you place your order online. You must notify us of your cancellation request by email at dglhkfe-photobook@bingcorp.com.

Refund: No refunds will be given unless a photobook has a defect. To claim a refund, please notify us by email at dglhkfe-photobook@bingcorp.com.

Liability: DGLHKFE shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the photobooks you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
